We Love What We Do

We were born to help others.  Our greatest satisfaction is helping others learn and excel, and ERP software is our chosen vehicle. We love taking a system that almost meets our client’s needs, and tailoring it so that it exactly matches all their business processes and most important competitive differentiators. We love driving on the weekend with our families, and pointing out all the businesses that we’ve helped become more successful. We love being a trusted advisor to our clients.  They are our extended family, and we often attend their important milestone events. Loving what we do has allowed DSD to do it for three decades at the highest level of execution and integrity.

We’re so good at it that we have become immune to recessions, tech bubble bursts, brushfires, and daunting changes in technology. Our clients know that we’ll be here for them, in five, ten and fifteen years from now. Our clients trust us to help them achieve their one, three and five year plans, and to match their future needs with the latest ERP and CRM technology.  This means having a trusted relationship with our software publishers and technology advisors.  And it means always being in touch with our clients and understanding their strategic goals.

Control Key on Computer Keyboard DSD is just like any small business.  One of the keys is to eliminate all things that can possibly go wrong.  You never can, but that doesn’t stop you from trying. As an ERP and CRM reseller, we believe that it’s important to have access to our publisher’s source code.  Access to source code gives our clients the confidence of knowing that unforeseen problems can be solved quickly and painlessly by DSD.  And if our software doesn’t have a much-needed feature, we can add it without getting our publisher involved.

We Have Great Customers and Partners

We treat them all like family.  We’ve known many of them for decades and we’ve been to the milestone events in their lives and their businesses.  We couldn’t have been here for thirty years without great clients, and without great business partners.  For that, we thank you all!
