Many of us struggle with finding the time, energy and resources to train a new employee. Finding the appropriate resources, while also ensuring the training is beneficial to the employee’s productivity, can be a daunting task. It can often be difficult to locate helpful resources and good content. Many employers overlook the benefit of learning via social media or online.

Many websites also serve as a sounding board for companies, allowing users to post questions, suggestions, or tips and tricks for their fellow colleagues. These websites can be a valuable resource of information and answers. By keeping the information in small, manageable chunks, anyone can quickly search a specific topic and increase their knowledge and productivity. This can also empower employees to continually increase their skill set and value to current and future employers.
