Inventory Advisor Basics Now Included with Sage 100C

Sage announced at their annual conference in Chicago that Inventory Advisor Basics is now included, at no additional cost, to Sage 100C and Sage 300C customers.  Customers need to be on the Complete or Advanced Bundle with Gold or Platinum support levels.

Sage Inventory Advisor Basics is a lighter version of Sage Inventory Advisor.  Both are cloud based solutions that helps manage inventory and optimize stock levels.  Inventory is often a business’s largest expense and how well you respond and manage inventory can have a significant impact on the bottom line. Sage Inventory Advisor Basics will help simplify the management of inventory levels with dashboards that can be configured to show stock-outs, potential stock-outs, and help reduce excess stock.  Better purchasing decisions can be made as users will have greater visibility across SKU’s and knowing the minimum order quantities and safety stock levels.

The Sage Inventory modules manage inventory transactions and adding Sage Inventory Advisor Basics will monitor inventory performance.

Creates Purchase Orders and reports on purchase status. Forecast Stock Demand using sales data.
Tracks receiving stock. Rapidly identifies what to order and how much.
Counts physical stock.  Identifies when to expedite orders on suppliers to prevent stock-outs.
Tracks picks, packs, and shipments to customers. Recommends what inventory to reduce.

 

Customers that need to use the Bill of Materials module, purchase through a centralized warehouse, have over 10,000 SKU’s and over $10M in inventory will likely need to upgrade to the full version, Sage Inventory Advisor.
