Sage Scheduled Maintenance for Authentication Improvements

Sage Scheduled Maintenance

Sage Scheduled Maintenance - February 18, 2023

As a way to continue the improvement of the customer experience within Sage, there will be scheduled maintenance on Saturday, February 18th in order for enhancements to be made with the authentication platform. As a result, many products and services, including Sage Partner Cloud, will be unavailable for up to four hours. This is planned to take place from 12 PM PST / 3 PM EST to 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST. As soon as maintenance activities are completed, Sage service engineers will ensure that status.sage.com is updated.

What will be affected?

You may be required to re-login to your account when the Sage authentication platform is back up and running. We encourage everyone to confirm your account username and password prior to the planned downtime. If you do not remember your password, please update it prior to the downtime.

If you have enrolled in 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), we suggest you confirm that you have access to your recovery code and/or have a backup method (secondary email or phone number) setup on your account.

For additional information about logging in to your account or 2FA, head over to this article Sage Account login – All you need to know!

If you require support once the improvements have been completed and the authentication platform is back up and running, please search our Sage Knowledgebase, ask Sage City, or contact Customer Support at Sage.com/Resources.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understand!
