Sage Production Management for Sage 100cloud
Sage Production Management is the newest manufacturing module for Sage 100cloud.
Sage recently released the Production Management module at Sage Summit Atlanta in May, giving Sage 100 users new visibility into the entire production process.
Sage Production Management is built on the Business Object Framework so it has an expanded set of customizable features that are integrated with Sage 100cloud to enable cloud connections with inventory management, collaboration and automated workflows.
Sage partnered with warehouse automation solution vendor Scanco Software to develop the Production Management module. As a result of this collaboration, the module is equipped with the functionality needed to support the needs of discrete, make-to-stock manufacturers all within the native Sage 100cloud solution.
Sage Production Management ADDS more than 60 new features to SAGE 100.
One of the most highly anticipated features is dynamic inventory assessment which helps mitigate inaccuracies in inventory management by offering real-time updates of inventory transactions and quantity on hand as materials are issued.
Sage has stated future releases of the production management module will feature extensions to support additional functions such as material requirements planning, make to order, enhanced scheduling and advanced product configuration.
