Acumatica Summit 2023 is less than 3 months away! With time running out before the early bird price increase on December 3rd, we want to give you a comprehensive overview of the agenda to help you see the value in attending whatever portion of the event makes the most sense for you.
This year’s event has a lot to offer in both the Summit portion (Sunday night -Tuesday midday) as well as the training courses (Tuesday midday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) with awesome social activities like a morning run through the city, morning yoga, parties, and more sprinkled throughout the week.

Kick-off the Summit on Monday morning with Yoga instructed by Justine Crowley from Cloud 9 ERP Solutions.
Justine is a yoga instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and nutrition enthusiast. Justine encourages her clients to not only enjoy their current fitness level and practice but also motivates them to seek spiritual growth and physical transformation. She has a passion for discovering techniques that create a sustainable mind, body, and soul connection. She weaves these techniques seamlessly into her practice.

Mahmoud has been in the ERP industry for over than 15 years playing different roles from development to support to implementations. In the past 6 years was more focused on implementations mainly for distribution businesses helping them to expand their business on different commerce platforms. Mahmoud’s accounting knowledge together with his technical skills helped a lot of companies to take more control over their cost and revenue
In this role, Johans Saavedra is responsible of providing solutions in form of customizations using Acumatica Best Practices to makes Acumatica’s Cloud ERP software adaptable to any industry. He is also in charge to conduct Webinars for our valued Acumatica’s community in topics such as: Inventory Management, Data Retrievals and Report Designer and as part of his role he conducts onsite or online Acumatica Report Designer and Data Retrieval trainings to our partners and customer. Johans has over 26 years of experience in the ERP Software industry (Dynamics SL, Dynamics GP, Sage, and Acumatica). He worked 7 years at Solomon Venezuela where he gained a wide range of experiences implementing and overseeing 25+ Dynamics SL (formerly known as Solomon) implementations local and overseas (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico). Before joining Acumatica, Johans was the ERP Manager for Mohawk Group in NYC where he leaded the implementation of Acumatica including an integration with Amazon to process around 20,000 Sales Order daily. Before that he worked at a current Partner for 15 years combining all the consulting experience with technical skills to build complex reports in multiple platforms. Johans began his career as a COBOL and INFORMIX 4GL developer
Jeff graduated with an accounting degree from Marshall University and worked for several years in accounting before transitioning to ERP. That transition was approximately 24 years ago. Since then, he has had a variety of roles, responsibilities, and experiences with ERP solutions from training, consulting, presales, sales, report writing, data mining, system administration, and practice management. Jeff began working with Acumatica more than 3 years ago as a member of the Services Team where he focused on implementations and implementation assists. Today, Jeff is a member of the Partner Enablement team where he focuses on helping partners learn the implementation process. Jeff also helps the Presales team with demonstrations.
In this role, Heidi Dempsey has successfully managed over 350 projects. She identifies customers specific challenges and recommends solutions and strategies for a successful deployment of our product. She ensures partners and customers are receiving the required support to ensure a timely and successful implementation. She keeps relationships with customer to collect insight and desired features for satisfying industry-oriented challenges with our solutions. She is an integral part of the implementations and customer success processes for our construction and field service customers. She has over 20 years of experience in Construction Accounting and as an instructor.
Debbie Baldwin is a Director of Product Management (Manufacturing). In this role, she draws upon over 35 years of industry experience to ensure that Acumatica meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders. She has been working in the software industry for 20 years and has both implemented and managed various software packages. Prior to this, Ms. Baldwin spent 15 years in Manufacturing working as an ERP User and Project Manager. Her other responsibilities varied from Application Support Specialist, Cost Accountant, Industrial Engineer, and Controller.
