acuCONNECT 2021 Event Recap
AcuCONNECT 2021 took place over November 3rd and 4th and was full of informative sessions, insightful keynotes, helpful expo halls, and fun happy hours. The two day event provided lots of learning and opportunities to grow relationships with the acuCONNECT community. Keep reading to learn about event highlights and some of our favorite moments.
acuCONNECT Sessions
AcuCONNECT 2021 was full of insightful and informational sessions that covered a wide range of topics with something for everyone. There were sessions on Acumatica analytics dashboards, inventory management, reporting, and more. Each session gave the opportunity to learn from Acumatica experts and solution providers on how you can get the most from Acumatica Cloud ERP. Some of our very own team members here at DSD had their own sessions as well!
Our own Nicole Ronchetti, also president of acuCONNECT, had a couple of her own sessions about Generic Inquires and leveraging the power of them for mass updates, performing mass actions, and more! We also had another DSD member Phillip Marotta lead a session on Line of Business Reporting in Acumatica. Both did a phenomenal job and we could not be more proud to have them representing DSD Business Systems!
Key Notes and Expo Halls
Keynotes
Both days started off with great keynotes discussing the event, the future of acuCONNECT, and the amazing community that has been cultivated. Day 2’s keynote speaker was Acumatica’s CEO Jon Roskill where he talked about the value of acuCONNECT and gave his own insight on the future of the Acumatica ecosystem. These were well done and a great way to kick off each day.
Expo Halls
An awesome aspect of acuCONNECT 2021 was the expo halls that went on in-between sessions. These halls were set up break out rooms where you could join a certain sponsors booth and chat with their representatives and other people in that community. People could go into these booths and ask any questions they may have, meet sponsors, and say hi to friends around the community.
Happy Hours
Both days of the acuCONNECT event ended with happy hours hosted by Repay and Avalara. These included event recaps, games, and prizes to wrap up the end of each day. The happy hours were a great way to get to know more people in the community and build relationships with everyone that was involved with the event! These were an absolute blast and made acuCONNECT even more enjoyable.

We are very excited for what’s in store for acuCONNECT in the future and can’t wait for acuCONNECT 2022 next year!
