Track candidates through your customized workflow
It’s important that you keep track of all of your hiring steps and activity. Every step along the way, from “New Applicant” to “Hired” or “Not Selected,” and everything in between. Keep track of your applicants as they go through your custom workflow steps.
Create & Post Jobs with or without Requisition Approval
There is no limit to how many jobs you can post with iRecruit, regardless of whether or not you require an approval workflow. When positions are established (or requested), you can appoint as many approvers as needed using a requisition approval workflow. Email is used for approval. The position will become live on your iRecruit Career Center once it has been authorized by all parties on the approval list.
Internal and External Requisitions
You can market your open posts to internal candidates separately using an employee intranet.
Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Integration
Using iRecruit’s appointment calendar, schedule interviews and phone screens with applicants and hiring managers. You can also share your appointments with Outlook, Gmail, iCal, and Lotus Notes using the calendar.
Create Candidate Communications
Create email templates for sending individual or group emails to applicants. This can be used to schedule appointments or to update candidates on the progress of their applications.
Keyword Search & Application Ratings
The applicant search feature on iRecruit can help you identify candidates by date, position, status, keyword, and more. You can also give questions on the job application form a value to quickly qualify your top prospects.
