This DSD Enhancement to the Sales Order module adds a new task to the Sales Order Utilities menu. This Utility adds greater flexibility for purging Sales Order / Quote History. Sales Order / Quote History can be purged by the following criteria:
- Order Status
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Division Number
- Customer Number
- Cancel / Reason Code
Records will be removed from the following files during the purge:
- SO_SalesOrderHistoryHeader
- SO_SalesOrderHistoryDetail
- SO_SalesOrderHistoryPayment
- SO_InvoiceHistoryLink
- SO_ARInvoiceHistoryLink
- SO_SalesOrderHistoryTaxDetail
- SO_SalesOrderHistoryTaxSummary
