The xPRESS Sales Order Entry program is designed to supplement Sales Order Entry particularly for users who want to create orders through a mobile or touchscreen device. It is not intended to fully replace all the functionality found in the Sales Order program. The idea behind xPRESS Sales Order Entry is to provide the core functionality of Sales Order so that mobile salespeople can create orders at customer’s sites, or wherever is convenient, but could then be edited and updated back at the home office through the standard Sales Order Entry program. Certain fields and controls may be read-only and not editable from within xPRESS Sales Order Entry. On-the-fly entry of new fields (e.g. Terms Codes, Salesperson Code, etc.) are not available in the xPRESS Suite.
